In the coming weeks a form will be added allowing users to contribute their own clinical trials. For now users are invited to contact the webmaster if they wish for their trials to be added.

A T cell gene therapy Phase I clinical trial has opened at the Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence RI that uses advanced generation designer T cells against CEA-expressing cancers (gastric, colorectal and breast).  The designer T cells are retroviral vector-modified to express a chimeric immune receptor (CIR) against carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) with enhanced T cell signaling properties for sustained anti-tumor immune responses.  For information contact Dr Richard P Junghans, PhD, MD, Chief of Division of Surgical Research, at 401 456-2507 or via email: cdeluca0@rwmc.org.
